This is the name and logo for what used to be known as Diorio Associates, a one-stop source for business forms and collateral, promotional products, and signs.
As the name implies, they sell "marked" items—products with company logos and other identifiers on them...items for marketing. A registration mark was the best icon to convey that, especially since a lot of what he sells is related to printing in some way.
